Chakras, nuestros puntos de equilibrio

Chakras, our balance points

Chakras are immeasurable energy points or energy centers of the human body, the term comes from the Sanskrit “chakrá” which means circle or wheel .

They are the “movement” that generates energy as it flows through the body.

These are located on the midline of the body and are connected to each other.

They are responsible for keeping our body in balance and each one has related organs, which when out of balance cause us some discomfort or illness.

How do stones help balance my chakras?

Stones, like everything else on this planet, vibrate, and that vibration is what helps balance.

As?

First you must choose a stone with the properties you need to heal.

Then you must hold your amulet with your left hand, intend and activate your stone and say it out loud.

“I dedicate this stone to heal (region you need)”

After that, you should place the stone on the chakra point you want to work on and hold it there for a few minutes in a meditative state.

It is recommended to repeat the ritual daily until you feel better.

Remember to place your stones on the ground, in the light of the sun or full moon.

Each chakra relates to a different aspect of life, so by focusing on that chakra you can become more aware of these issues within yourself and then work with them to achieve greater health and balance.

WHAT ARE THE CHAKRAS

MULADHARA – ROOT CHAKRA – COLOR RED: This chakra, located at the base of the spine in the sacrum, is the foundation of the entire system. It is the center of connection with the earth. It relates to our basic needs, our feelings of security and survival.

SVADHISTHANA – SEXUAL CHAKRA – ORANGE: Known as the pleasure chakra, it means "sweetness." It is located a few fingers below the navel. It is the center of vitality and sensation and guides us from our basic needs to our social needs. It is directly related to the sexual aspect of human beings.

MANIPURA – SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA – YELLOW: This is the center of power and is called Manipura, which means “shining gem.” Located in the solar plexus above the navel, this is where we establish our identity and what we want to do with our lives. It is our motivational center, through which we set our intentions. All the sensations of this chakra are felt in your gut.

ANAHATA – HEART CHAKRA – GREEN/PINK: Located in the center of the chest, it is called anahata. It is the center of sympathy, empathy, forgiveness, gratitude, and love. Translated, anahata means “the sound that emits without clashing.” It means that in this center there is no resistance; everything flows from love and with love.

VISUDDHA – THROAT CHAKRA – BLUE: Located in the center of the throat, it is traditionally called visuddha, which means “free of impurities.” Located in the throat, this is our center of expression and communication. If you are not saying the right things, you may feel “a lump in your throat.”

AJNA – THIRD EYE CHAKRA – COLOR VIOLET/INDIGO: It is the third eye chakra and is known as ajna, which means “communication from above.” Found between the eyebrows, this chakra is the center of imagination, intuition, vision, and perception.

SAHASRARA – CROWN CHAKRA – LAVENDER WHITE: Located at the crown of the head, it is called Sahasrara, which means “a thousand petals.” It is related to wisdom and enlightenment. The seventh chakra, sometimes called the “master chakra,” brings purpose and meaning to you and the other chakras. If the third chakra is about what you want to do with your life, the seventh chakra is about why you want to do it; and it helps you connect to a higher purpose and something greater than yourself. When you connect to this center, you connect to a feeling of joy or happiness that is not related to a specific person or event, but rather connects to the joy of the universe.
