If you want to return or exchange any of your products, we offer preferential prices through Reversso.

In case of return:
You can return your products within 15 days ( review exchange and return policies ).

The cost of shipping your products to our branch will be $2,990 and to proceed with the return you must follow the instructions indicated in this link .

If you receive defective products or there is an error in your order, Mil Colores will cover the return costs.

In case of changes:
You can exchange your products within 30 days ( review exchange and return policies ).

The cost of shipping your products to our branch will be $2,990 and to proceed with the return you must follow the instructions indicated in this link .

If the final amount of your exchange is greater than the product value (over $5,000), we offer to cover part of the new shipping, depending on the destination region, and you'll also receive a 15% discount on your next purchase.

If the final amount of your exchange is equal to or less than the product's value, you will be responsible for the cost of the new shipment and will depend on the destination region.
