Returns


Returns due to product dissatisfaction (color, personal taste, model, size, etc.) may be made within the first 15 days of purchase, and shipping costs will be the consumer's responsibility.

Changes

If you wish to exchange your products, you can request it within the first 30 days of the purchase date. Products must be unused, with their tags and original packaging. Due to customer hygiene concerns, exchanges for earrings and hoop earrings are NOT accepted.

If the product you wish to exchange is of lesser value, the money will not be refunded. However, you can include other products in your purchase up to the value of the receipt.

Shipping costs in the event of an exchange are the customer's responsibility. If the exchange or return was due to an error caused by Mil Colores, the case will be evaluated to determine whether an exchange or refund is possible.

Write to us at contacto@milcolores.com , including the receipt number, purchase date, a photo of the product, and a detailed description of the problem.

When we receive the product at our office, we will send you an email confirming your return or exchange request. If a product does not qualify for an exchange, it will be returned to the sender, at the consumer's expense.

Warranty

If the product has defects or flaws, other than those caused by misuse or falling jewelry, within 3 months of the date it was received. You can choose one of these options:

Repair or replacement of the product.

The warranty stated above only applies if the customer has not been subject to mishandling, improper use, and/or poor care of the product. Examples include chains broken by external force, scratches, bending, or natural darkening due to use.
